When I was in Paris a couple weeks ago, looking at  the window of a shop, I was caught by surprise by the intense stare of a gorilla. The gorilla in question was in fact life-size and made out of chocolate. It is the creation of  Patrick Roger, also known as the Little Prince of chocolate and definitely a master sorcerer as far as I can tell.

 Patrick Roger was elected “Meilleur ouvrier de France” in 2000, is now regarded as one of the best French chocolatiers (as he should). He is a shooting star in his career is exploring a new world of possibilities with immense talent and great panache (ganache? Haha!)
