Style Maker in Luxe Magazine
It is not often that one is picked as one of California’s Style Maker by a high-end, prominent and well respected publication… And, I feel very proud and privileged to have gotten a double page in beautiful Luxe magazine. A big compliment that I know officially have to live up to
Worlds of Interiors, new series of paintings
I started working this a new series a couple months ago. They are intimate scenes casting small animals in levitating activities with Princes & Crows wallpapers as backdrop. They are inspired by Chardin’s and Vermeer’s intimate and softly lit interior scenes. I realized that these small pieces bring together my artwork and design work. It is interesting to see in what...

What's Inspiring: Bleu de Lectoure
This small sketch was inspired by Napoleon putting back into fashion the use of woad to dye army uniforms of the French Empire. I used woad paint I bought in Lectoure to color it.
Currently in France, there is a revival of bleu de lectoure, a beautiful blue pigment that is derived from Woad leaves. Used for centuries, it became virtually obsolete with the arrival of indigo. Even Napoleon used...
